Lovely hotel in downtown Penrith. Vibey and well priced roof top bar.

The property is great. All in one spot and lots to do. Nice and quiet.

The property, amenities, and staff were all first-rate. Our room, a one-bedroom apartment, really, was spacious and comfortable; we made good use of the kitchen and washer/dryer in our suite and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and pool available on the premises. We took advantage of the many restaurants, shops, and services within a few minutes walk from the lobby, and made good use of the subway just a little further on for our exploration of downtown Sydney. Highly recommended.

We were there for a cruise and the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable we will be staying again when we return for our next vacation

Very good experience, staff friendly and helpful, room perfect (if a little small), but perfect for a business overnight stay. Well located in Ryde near many many restaurants.

Great place to stay, just 2 blocks down the street from the hotel.

We have been welcomed by the staff nicely although they do not accept early check ins due to holiday (New Year) but all our stuff have been accepted for safe keeping. A welcome coffee and muffins is a delight. The spacious 2 bedroom balcony was a sight to see. Complete with kitchen tools and everything you need to complete a worry free travel. Conveniently located near train station, grocery nearby and many restaurants within walking distance. The property condition is excellent, but the cleaning can be improved. It is also a bit of traffic noise as our room is located on the 8th floor.

I must say I was skeptical going into this apartment kind of hotel stay, but was so relieved that I experienced the Meriton Chatswood. Hotel staff upon arrival was great. My accommodations was more than I expected. It was like I was at home with all the amenities of home at my fingertips. You can cook and access all needs that are required to cook. GENERAL: Everything was spacious, roomy, and new. The building is right next to a river, with a walkway/sidewalk on the bank that was relaxing to walk along. BEDROOM: The king-size bed took up most of the bedroom but there was still room enough to walk on 3 sides of the bed. There was good access to the large closet on one side.
