「This was exactly what I wanted! Simple, quiet with spectacular views! I was prepared to be off the grid… so the power outages were no big deal. I stayed in a treehouse with two teenagers. The pool is lovely. The restaurant food is great with an amazing view. The nearby Salt Pond Beach is beautiful and not crowded. There are several restaurants in nearby Coral Bay which were so fun to explore. Staff are quite responsive; though be prepared for things to need attention. Mostly...

Also bar and restaurant in that same area with good food. Stairs- but not a problem unless you just cant do stairs. Central location- parking on site. Would def stay here again!」

「Clean room, attentive staff. The only thing i frowned upon was the breakfast food because everything, from the eggs to the bacon to the waffles tasted like fish. Perhaps the cooking oil used was previously used in cooking fish. Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to stay. It’s also economically friendly. 」

「Don't plan on getting access to your room right away! We arrived 3 hrs. early and asked to check our bags as the room was not yet ready. We returned at check in time and still had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs. for check in. The room itself was fine. 「Be forewarned, it's a random pick if you get a good room or not. Not all rooms are the same as advertised. Stayed longer than a week, changed room once. Paid for an ocean view (and a sanctuary in paradise). First room was near the loading dock and ear jarring noise at 10pm (trash compactor) and from 6am-8am (trucks going forward and backing up). 75% view of the ship harbor, which was pretty but wasn't the ocean. 「The room was very clean but a little dated and our closet door fell off one day. The bar and restaurant were good but slow on getting waited on. On cruise ship days there were loads of extra people on the property which also caused slow service. 」

「Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. 」

「I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me. I will never book here again as much as ai travel my 1st medical emergency and no accommodations were made. 」

The buildings are older historic structures that have been modernized just enough for comfort but still feel vintage enough. Perfect for a retreat and the hosts are very accomodating」
