O funcionário responsável disse que “essas coisas acontecem” ao invés de se desculpar e trazer uma solução! Péssima estadia, muito caro pelo que oferece! Quartos velhos, que precisam de uma reforma!!! Não recomendo de jeito nenhum!"

Then the management the next day had a change of heat and all 4 of us were allowed in the original room . Disgusting treatment just to get another £100+"
