  • Relax in this cozy Erie Highlands home, the perfect location for peaceful relaxing, just a short drive to the ski mountains, a quick drive to downtown Denver entertainment. Walking distance to a park, all the restaurants/bars/brunch spots, mountain view running trails, rec center and pool/hot all included. Cozy up indoors to one of the gorgeous fireplace or enjoy the crisp Colorado outdoors.

    THE SPACE :
    We are so excited to welcome our guest to a brand new construction home with accommodating renovations! Two full living rooms on the first floor and on the main floor with plush couches + TV with streaming services and cable, that sits next to the GORGEOUS new fireplace to cozy up this winter in Colorado. The living area is near the large open layout kitchen with inviting guests and entertainment with the huge island, brand new gas stove and natural lighting.

    Well-stocked kitchen, free parking, fast WiFi, and full w/d. Fenced backyard and Dog friendly. Cozy up indoors to one of the gorgeous fireplaces and enjoy the crisp Colorado weather!

Lots of space

Large rooms, close to the highway, all the amenities you need for an extended stay. Large kitchen island, tall ceilings, and garage parking are all great additional options that helped to make this feel like a home away from home.
