「The house was very clean and comfortable. There was a little hiccup in checking in with getting the code and couldn’t enter the house one night after our event we were staying there for. Chad was very accommodating and helpful during those times.」

「My family had a wonderful visit to the Boulder Farm Arcade. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it,...

「The house was perfect for our family visit! It was super cute, clean, and the layout was wonderful!」

「Great location, beautiful home and quiet stay」

「Overpriced for what you actually get. The host was very responsive and helpful. We booked this because we are golfers and wanted a golf simulator. However, the simulator is not very accurate and the whole setup is dated. We have a simulator at home and this doesn't compare. If you are a golfer you likely wouldn't even use the simulator. 「Perfect place for our 2 day corporate retreat - just three of us. All got king beds. Didn’t use the ample games, but will use this house in the future」

「What a charming home! Very nice updating and decor - we found it delightful. Very clean, with comfortable furnishings and the location in Lyons was great for a jumping off place for hiking. Local coffee shop (walking distance) had live music on one morning, and was a welcoming spot with great coffee and bakery items. Communication with our host Petra was excellent. Everything was spelled out and directions were easy to understand. Smooth check-in and check-out. Highly recommend! 」

「Cool to be so high up, it snowed in May :)」

「I was a single, female traveler on this particular trip. I felt very safe. The living area and bedroom are quite large. Wood's Market is close by which offers pre-cooked meals and sushi for an easy dinner option.」
