「Loved this place so much. It seems to be a local hangout which was fantastic. It’s on a busy street, so expect some noise, but other than that was fantastic. Already planning my next trip back!」

「The hotel was conveniently located near to Stansted airport on a nearby services and parking was only £5. The room was fine, but the bathroom had a bit of a musty/ damp smell and the door needed some TLC as all the paintwork was scratched, looked like it belonged on a public toilet rather than hotel room. Did what it needed to do for the cost.」

「Fabulous manor with great character and lovely grounds. Pond with fountain. Close to Hatfield Forest Park. Great trails to walk.」

「Not bad as some reviews, middle aged gentleman was friendly and guided me to the other building. He even showed me how to get to the nearest local bus stop for the next morning (I didn't take it after all, though). £13 for taxi from Stansted airport and £11 for easy bus to the airport. Local bus, Harlow is also available with much cheaper fare as £3.5 it seems. However next time I would choose earlier flight and rush to the destination considering the time and cost for one night, it's not worth...

「The breakfast is amazing. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable. The host which is the owner are very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.」

「The property is quaint/unusual. Not easily seen from the road if arriving in the dark. Provisions given in the room and the landing were excellent and fabulous location for Stansted airport. However, on opening the front door noted that the hall carpet was slightly worn and the room allocated had a shower in the room rather than the bathroom. Otherwise very comfortable stay and would book again, but request a room with a definite bathroom.」
