「When I entered in a room allocated, many items in the room were broken or missing. The door of a closet was broken. A window shade was always half-closed and could not be moved which made a room very dark even in the daytime. One of the bed lights did not work. There was no shower curtain which caused a bathroom entirely soaked every time the shower was used.
