Lobby is decent, but rooms and bathrooms are very outdated. Room was not very clean. I just stayed at a Novotel in Colmar, France and it was a complete different experience. Bigger room, cleaner and everything look updated and fresh.

We stayed 2 nights at the Novotel. It is an awesome hotel. The only downside was the breakfast food was all cold, even the food supposed to be hot, like bacon and eggs. Other than that, the rooms were nice and clean and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Good accessibility from the station (two stops direct train from the airport). Booked in a superior room which was expensive. A nice enough room and quiet but photos on Expedia show coffee machines in the room class booked. The reality was a very limited number (2) of instant sachets. Asked about breakfast time when checking in, wasn't informed despite the high room rate what had been booked didn't include breakfast. Ok, but on attending in the morning, it didn't even include a black coffee either. Disappointing for the price.

Good hotel located close to Hardbrucke train station (7-10 minutes walk) which is 10 minutes from airport or city centre. There is a big Co-op nearby which is very convenient. Swimming pool opens until 11pm which allows flexible plans for customer. Overall a good stay and decent choice for travellers in Zurich

Without doubt one of the best hotel I stayed during my trip to Switzerland. We were warmly welcomed by the staffs… the room was allocated immediately upon arrival. The staffs were extreamly friendly , flexible restaurant… nice ambiance’s.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The strict early check in process was lengthy although I paid extra for it. They need to realize that a customer who have travelled far and is tired they need refreshment. so the staff needed to clean it up earlier espcially when I had contacted them early. The second issue was it was hard to get hold of hotel clerk over the phone from overseas.

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Lage und das meiste Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es jedoch einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Im Zimmer fehlten einige Dinge, wie z. B. Bügel, und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Auch die Bar hat mich enttäuscht: Sie schließt bereits um 22 Uhr, und der Mitarbeiter dort war sehr unfreundlich. Als ich nachgefragt habe, ob noch geöffnet sei, hat er mir wortlos ein Schild vor die Augen gehalten, auf dem stand, dass die Bar geschlossen ist. Das empfand ich als respektlos. Insgesamt habe ich mir von diesem Aufenthalt mehr erhofft. Zum Vergleich: Mein vorheriger Aufenthalt im Novotel in München war deutlich angenehmer und besser.
