「Incredible owners. They were very special people」

「Mark is an amazing host. Excellent communication. Breakfast items left specifically for us in the fridge were a most appreciated gift. Kitchen had everything we needed. Those considering the property should know that the two bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. Beds were comfortable and both rooms had ample space. Instructions for tv use and streaming services were clear and easy to find. Neighborhood is a bit rundown but we did not feel at all unsafe.」

「The CaBIN is nothing short of amazing. Beautiful location not too far from local stores and restaurants. The inside is spacious and beautifully decorated. The owners made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Hospitality at it's finest. 100% recommend!」

Perfect location for the wedding we attended in nearby Marshall (15 min away), and the option to rent the golf cart was a fun way to get around town to see the BIG things. Lisa was the perfect host in close comminication through the entire process. Highly recommend! 」
