「Super convenient easy check in and check out, which was great after our flights were delayed. Very nice proximity to Wembley Stadium as well. Very attentive and helpful staff. My friend forgot her passport and kindle when we left and they were very quick to message me so we could come pick them up.」

「No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived」

「Host very welcoming, room clean and suitable for a family of 3. No problems with a shared bathroom. Only a 5 minute walk to the station, and very easy access to Wembley Park (also helps that you go away from the majority of the crowd in the station when leaving 👍). Would stay again.」

「階段しかなく、しかしスタッフが荷物を部屋まで運んでくれた。シャワーブースが狭かった。 物音が気になることがあったが、設備の清潔さでカバー。アールズコート駅からも近く、駅付近には飲食店やら売店があり便利でした。」

「立地重視の方向け。アメニティは持参推奨。 ​〇 良かった点 ・立地がとても良い ・ベッドメイキングが綺麗で清潔感があった ​✕ 気になった点 ・床の清掃で行き届いていない部分（ホコリ）が目立った ・アメニティが少ない（シャンプー・ボディソープ・バスタオル・フェイスタオル・トイレットペーパーのみ。歯ブラシ、スリッパ、化粧水、ドライヤーは無し、補給はアプリでチャット対応） ​事前に設備や持ち物を確認して割り切って泊まる分には、立地が良くて便利だと思います。」
