"Overall place was beautiful friendly staff and room was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Nice and clean huge shower and lovely little studio feel with fridge cooker dishwasher and sink as well as seating area good size wardrobe and tv. Bed very comfortable. We stayed just for one night after a concert and was great walking distance and reasonable in price. Will be staying again when in the area."

"The staff were really helpful and polite. The rooms were clean. The property could probably do with a bit of an upgrade as some of the carpets etc are a bit worn. The TV facilities were great and have been upgraded since our last stay, there’s now a smart TV which is good. However the WIFI connection was poor at busier times which could be improved. The lift was not functioning for our stay meaning that we had to climb a few flights of stairs on our stay which was okay but not super convenient and difficult with baggage, although I’m sure the staff would have helped us carry the baggage if we asked. The breakfast was okay, the staff were super helpful. Could do with upgraded coffee facilities at breakfast. Overall our stay was good and the hotel is in a convenient location for Wembley events. There are no complaints about the staff, they were fab, overall the facility could just use some upgrades."
