「I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated....

There was a couple of really amazing restaurants located right by the condo as well if you wanted to walk to one, host was also available anytime that we had any questions through the booking process. Condo also had tons of space and storage. There was a tiny little storage space that had tons of beach stuff that you could just grab and go without having to go to the store to buy anything.
