「The unit was fine but communication did not seem like it was coming from a real person—all automated as if coming from a corporation. Additionally felt like the whole Superhog experience was overly aggressive and intrusive—not very hospitable. Won’t stay anywhere that uses Superhog again. A hotel would be better 」
