"Didn’t know there was a hot tub. Pool was poorly kept as was the deck. The ice machine was in good working condition. The room looked nice when you walked in. However, once you were in it was obvious the condition was not really as good as it appeared. Your feet stuck to the floor and the faucet had buildup on it. When you closed the bathroom door there was dirt on the floor behind it. The mini fridge was in working order, even the little freezer inside. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The first night was cool, the heater in the room worked. The female desk clerk was very cordial and helpful. The gentleman however, almost pushed the lady out of the way and was very rude. We actually left. Reassessed. Decided to go ahead and book and went back. All in all, for the price it’s still so-so. I expect dated, which it was. However, I don’t think clean is to much to ask for at any price. "

"We weren't there more than ten minutes after after checking in, before we checked out. The room they gave us had such a strong odor of mold that I couldn't step in the room more than a few feet. We tried to check out the gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude to the point of anger almost. He refused to refund me.I was supposed to be there 6 days. I knew we were in trouble when we were at the front desk. Checking in and a group of 5-6 homeless people with their carts & belongings made themselves at home in the lobby. The front desk manager had absolutely no problem with that. "

"Where to begin. The hallways, stairwell, elevator, and our room were consistently dirty. There was visible mold on the walls and door frames. The pool was full of debris — we didn’t go near it. Housekeeping never once came to our room during three nights. When we asked for fresh towels, they handed us pool towels. That says it all. The “breakfast included” turned out to be a snack bar with coffee, bread, and yogurt — nothing more. To top it off, we were denied entry at check-in due to a reservation error on their end and nearly got stranded outside the hotel. The AC was noisy, the TV ancient, and the overall feel of the place is long overdue for a refresh. There is potential here, but until cleanliness, housekeeping, and basic guest services are taken seriously, I cannot recommend this property.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"
