「Rooms and staff were great. Pool was nice for the kids.」

「AAAAAA++++++」

「We are thankful for the staff members! Breakfast was wonderful! They made it a lovely experience! We spent our honeymoon there and came back to celebrate our 1 year anniversary! Thank you Embassy at North Orlando! Me and my wife love this hotel!」

「The hotel was overbooked and of course was not very helpful due to our booking being through Expedia instead of directly though them. My wife and I weren’t able to find a new hotel until 3am. Terrible experience overall!」

「スタッフが、親切」

「While the check-in process was smooth and the front desk representatives were pleasant, the overall stay was disappointing. My Expedia reservation was handled correctly, the rate was exactly as expected, and there were no hidden fees. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The kitchenette was practically unusable. When we attempted to use the sink, it immediately began filling with water. We discovered food left in the garbage disposal from a previous guest, and the disposal...

「Good」

「Sadly this place was infested with roaches!!! they were coming out of the bathroom, the couches and under the bed!!!」

「Very dirty room, roaches, people lurking around the property.」

「Very unpleasant experience. Needed a quick stop for the night. Tub, toilet and sink had stains and glops of hair as if it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Room smelled of animals, dirt and dust everywhere. Garbage can wasn’t emptied out from previous person. You talk through a window with the hotel person because they don’t let you into the lobby. A few people that looked like they were on drugs are in the parking lot.」

「What kind of hotel is ?!? Seems like an encampment for the homeless」

「The worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone; it was supposed to be a 3-night stay, but I returned the key the very next morning.」

「Hotel is in a nice area near the airport and has several EV chargers. It was perfect for our stay.」

「Excellent customer service, room super clean, and breakfast a plus. Could have better selection of food but overall great」
