"The hotel accommodates pets which was very nice since we were traveling with our puppy. The staff went beyond hospitality, when we couldn’t get our television to work she came to the room to get it working. The property does need some upgrades, but overall with new management I see things moving forward. Will be staying again when traveling to Eastman."

"We were very late checking in. The hosts were so nice to navigate us in regardless of time. The home was very clean and the accommodations were perfect. The location was great and made it easy to continue on the peaches to beaches. Thank you again! "

"The room was clean and the reception clerk was friendly and efficient. No facial tissue provided. Walls lacked sufficient sound proofing. There was some rust in the bathroom. Breakfast choices were coffee, milk, waffles and packaged sweet rolls. No protein, no butter or half and half ( although there was a processed alternative). The coffee was actually pretty good for a hotel (Farmer Brothers). "

"Need to be more flexible with the schedule for checking in and out. The conferences that are repeatedly held and the patrons attending them need a LITTLE flexibility."

"The room was clean but needed major work done in the bathroom- there was rust around the tub, the mirror needed to be replaced…. Just needed upgrades overall. The hotel was in an o….k…. area but needed work to make the stay more enjoyable "

"The hotel seemed to have undergone a few upgrades, but there were definitely signs of wear and tear like holes in the wall from the towel racks. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner—there was hair from a previous guest in the shower and on the toilet. There was a lot of dust on the Kleenex holder. "
