「The location is great.」

「 The property is lovely and our host was top-notch. Only comment is there is no washer/dryer for clothes, However, our host invited us to use their washer/dryer. Could not speak more highly of this property.」

「Very clean perfect location for St. Michael’s everything is walking distance from the house looking forward to coming back. 」

「We had a wonderful stay. This was our second time staying here and we loved it. Very quay, cozy and clean. Everything as advertised. Location is perfect as it is a very walkable town. This place is right in the middle. The owner was very friendly, open and communicative. And I had a big surprise when we returned. My neck pillow I had forgotten and left it 2 years ago was still there sitting in a closet. We hope to return next year. 」

「The seemingly small cottage was deceptively large and well appointed on the inside. We also have a historic home so we loved the mix of original and contemporary additions. The screened in porch was especially delightful on a warm summer night. The location couldn’t be beat. Very pleased with all aspects!」

「The house matched the description perfectly. It is a gated community, but easy to access. Very close to Ocean City and to Assateague Island.I would note that the AC is very loud, so if you’re a light sleeper I recommend earplugs.The bedrooms and bathrooms are well-equipped and I appreciated the filtered water in the fridge. Hope to stay there again! 」

「Always a great stay at the John Bruff house! Location is perfect, great view of the harbor and even saw a free concert in the park!!」

「An absolute hidden gem! If you’re seeking a peaceful retreat with a spacious yard and direct water access, this is it. Our kids loved running around and playing ball in the open space, while crabbing provided endless fun and excitement. The home is clean, roomy, and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.」

「It was a very cute and comfortable place! We had two adults and two teenage boys in our group, and everyone had a wonderful time! Everything about the place made our vacation absolutely relaxing! We also enjoyed how close the boardwalk, beach, and pool was! We would definitely stay here again!」

「This is the cutest little beach cottage, steps to the beach! The owner is very responsive and super hospitable. We will be staying again! 」

「The house was nice. Neighbor quiet. It was nice there is a small park across the street for the dog. Had everything I need in the house. It was nice I did not have to bring my own sheets and towels. They were supplied to us. The beach is a short drive up the street, maybe a minute or two and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again if I go down to ocean city again.」

「No vents in bedrooms , major ant problem in rooms and kitchen, door wouldn’t lock. 」

「Overall the location was peaceful comfortable reliable. Improvements that could benefit us and everyone who stays there would be to repair nail pops, paint the air vents with spray and hinges to stop rust continuing. Replace all pots and pans, the ones that were there were missing in already in need of replacement. Either way we would definitely stay there we felt safe clean and comfortable. Thank you owner s」
