「Geraldine was kind and communicated well and promptly. The unit was clean and check-in was easy. The balcony was nice, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was overlooking the pool which we didn’t use since it was too cold in May. The location is one block from the beach, but just the sandy part, and it’s another 5 miles to the boardwalk. The unit is on the 3rd floor, no elevator available. It could sleep 6 people, 2 queen beds upstairs, and 1 pull out sofa on first floor. I didn’t realize the...

「We rented the three bedroom condo and were happy with the size, location, and amenities. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and the place was pretty clean. We used the washer/dryer for our beach towels and clothes. The location is fantastic, just a two block walk to the beach. The indoor pool was great - we went to it every day and were the only ones there. We had a couple of needs and questions during out stay, and the desk staff at the hotel was super responsive. 「I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...
