Fantastic Beach Condo, Linens Included!

Fresh and beautiful Beach Condo just steps to the beach & ocean! This awesome condo has all the bells and whistles with an ocean view from your balcony! Central air conditioning to keep up on those hot summer days! 1 Master Bedroom with a lovely king bed with with 2 storage drawers on each side, luxury rainfall shower, newly tiled and brand new heavy thick shower glass door. 2nd Bedroom/ Kids bedroom with a bunk bed that sleeps at least 2 children. Also 2 plush single rollaway beds to sleep a total of 6.
The gourmet chef's kitchen is adorned with a brand new stunning quartz counter top and 6' large kitchen Island with a farm sink, counter top place setting for 3 people Soft close cabinets, beautiful glass back splash and brand new GE stainless steel appliances fully stocked with a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee pod machine, all the pots and pans, dishes & glassware. The master chef in your household will be impressed! There is a dining room to the right of the kitchen with a dining room table set for 6 that has a view of the ocean. The open floor plan includes the great room with a fireplace, comfortable seating and an entertainment center featuring a 55" smart tv. Right off the great room is a sliding glass door to exit to the Patio deck with a seating for 4. From the balcony you can see the ocean and feel the breeze. Very relaxing and totally updated with modern features to enjoy the ocean in luxury surroundings. Extra powder room with sink/toilet area. Small laundry area with Stackable Washer/Dryer. Italian Marble flooring throughout the main living areas with modern updated hardwood flooring the 2 bedrooms.

Excellent location and beautiful condo!

We love this location, which is near many of our favorites (Lombardi’s, Layton’s and Liquid Assets) for food. The condo is gorgeous and well maintained. Excellent hosts!

Great week at the beach!

Everyone in our family loved the place! It was beautiful and very close to the water. The rooftop little pool was loved by our daughter and you can watch the sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly Recommend

The property is in a great location, short walk to the beach and has many nearby restaurants and activities around. We found each space of the unit very clean and our kids really loved their room with the bunkbeds. Alan made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Beautiful stay!

The one thing we always look for is cleanliness. This place was super clean! It was beautifully decorated with beachy decor throughout. The kitchen had a nice island and plenty of counter space. We definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful Beach Condo

My husband and our 2 boys (10 & 13) had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach condo. There was plenty of space in a great location with a quick easy walk to the beach. There were boogie boards and beach chairs available. Excellent communication from the owners. We would definitely stay again!

Anniversary weekend

Great location

The walk to the beach was so short which was great having two toddlers. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house has everything you could need plus more. Having beach chairs was a huge convenience saving us trunk space. I would absolutely return!

Great get-away to the beach!

This condo is beautiful inside. The furnishings, toiletries, appliances, and kitchen supplies were great! The condo is close to a grocery store and wonderful restaurants. The weather was not perfect when we were there, so we didn’t use the beach very often, but it is close. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Family Vacation

Our family of 5 had plenty of room in this beautifully decorated condo! From the delicious breakfast at the restaurant next door to the very short walk to the beach, the location couldn’t have been better! I will say that the rental could have been cleaner, which was disappointing, but Alan was quick to respond and rectify as best as he could.

The best condo in Ocean City

We spent July 4th weekend at this beautiful condo. Everything starting from the time we made our reservations to check out was hassle free. Alan is the best host that I have interacted with on VRBO. The condo was clean and updated. The place exceeded our expectations. Everything is close to the condo at walking distance and the beach is steps away. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, safe and hassle free experience in Ocean City!

Wonderful condo

Very much enjoyed our stay at this condo! Conveniently located just half a block from the beach, easy parking, grocery store right across the street, and several decent restaurants well within walking distance. The unit itself was beautifully updated and immaculately clean. The only full bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom which was slightly inconvenient but not a big deal. I had several questions for Alan in the weeks prior to our stay- he was always quick to respond and very helpful.

Has to be one of the nicest properties in Ocean City!

This condo was beautiful!!! Just like the pictures. Clean, updated, all the nicest amenities and touches. Kitchen is a gorgeous gathering spot, coffee maker & coffee with all the touches. New appliances and everything you would need. Plenty of space to dine inside and out. The beds and linens were so nice and comfortable. The bathrooms were so nice! We had everything we needed in a great location. Owner was SO accommodating when we arrived early! A fantastic place to stay - we are very, very picky and I would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming condo in Ocean City, Maryland! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host had put a lot of thought into making sure our experience was top-notch. They were incredibly responsive and genuinely friendly, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed. The condo itself was clean and inviting that made us feel right at home. The convenience of the location was a huge plus – just a short walk to the beach and close to various local attractions and dining spots. The beach on 92nd street is also more appealing than those past 94th street. Less crowded and generally more pleasant. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway in Ocean City!

Such a Beautifully Pristine Escape to walk into...everything about it was so inviting and gleamingly polished! All the added amenities and little "extras" that were done prior to our arrival, made it feel like we were getting special treatment...like somone was doing something a little extra special for us. The communication from the host was absolutely superb, and very much appreciated. Thank you again more than once! Location of the condo unit was awesome, and just steps away from the beach which made it nice for an evening stroll along the shore whike listening to the waves. A huge "Thank You" to the hosts and their cleaning staff that help set up for a wonderful "get-away" experience! It was exceptional!!! -MHill

Perfect place for our stay!

Alan (& Susan) were VERY responsive during the entire rental process. Texted me to let me know that the unit was ready ahead of the promised time. (I appreciated this.) Close proximity to the beach access. Nice parking, elevator and small roof table pool. Walkable to Liquid Assests, Bull on the Beach, Lombardis, Laytons, and Candy Kitchen. Unit was well appointed, furnishing were in good condition and the unit was clean. Linen package was nice. Extra touches like, water in the fridge, toilet paper, paper towels and coffee pods were a nice touch and appreciated. 1 1/2 baths worked for our group just fine, might not work for all but was very doable for us. Unit also has a great deck with a nice table...great for people watching, crab picking or just relaxing at the beach. Washer and dryer also a plus. I would recommend this property and would stay again. Thank you Alan & Susan. 5 Star
