Helping to explain all the best sites and places to eat, which tour guides and rental places to use and questions we had on history of the island. This property is definitely the place to stay if visiting Easter Island.」

「日本人スタッフの方がいるということで宿泊しました。滞在中はツアーの相談などさせていただき、大変ありがたかったです。 部屋も広く不便はありません。Wi-Fi環境も十分でした。 一つ不満を言えば、シャワーのお湯がやや冷たかったことぐらいです（これはイースター島全体の問題なのでは、と思います）。 村のメインストリートからはやや歩きますが、村の治安はかなりいいのでよほど遅くない限り心配ありません。十分おすすめできるホテルです。」

「Cabanas Vaiora is located at 12mins walk away from the main road and 15mins to the beautiful ocean. There is a mini market close by (5mins walk), there, you can get the basic things including seafood and meats. The best point of this cabanas is the owner, Silvia's kindness. If you ask something to her, she can solve the problem. We asked for extra curtain, mosquito repellent, fan in the room and she provided us everything we need. 「Maybe good stay for Spanish speakers but I don't really speak Spanish and it was a difficult stay for me although the room was cozy. It's cabana style - there was no front desk or reception thus no go to place. The information booklet says you can call them but if you don't speak Spanish, you just don't know how to get the info. (As a tourist, you expect to get the local info from hotel. Phone makes it more difficult than face to face). It was my fault not to have learned Spanish enough but I...

「ホテルの従業員はとても親切でした。 部屋は前泊のごみが片づけられていなかったり、タオルが汚れてたり、床が汚れてたり汚かったです。歯ブラシやボディーソープやシャンプーはありませんでした。ホテルの方にシャンプーがほしいというと無料で頂けました。WIFIは部屋まで届いてませんでした。テレビとエアコンディショナーはありません。（この島では普通のことかもしれません）ですから私は水のシャワーを浴びて寝ました。シャワーの出る量は問題ありませんでした。バスはなくシャワーのみです。空港からも町までも歩いて行けます。冷蔵庫は備え付けられてます。」
