"Beto (Father) and Tutti (son) own and operate the property. They gave us a warm welcome and ensured all our accommodation needs were satisfied. In addition, Tutti played host (required guide on the island) for the full length of our stay. He drove us around in his pickup truck and gave us detailed history of the island and the culture. "The property was in a good location. Being picked up at the airport upon arrival was great. Manager did not speak english and failed to mention that dishes for the kitchen were actually in our room. We were not told in advance about the cultural show. There was only a sign in Spanish on the day it took place, so we missed it. The batheoom was extremely small. No bar soap or shampoo available. "Staff very attentive even before arrival reaching out through messaging to make sure your airport pick up and rental car needs or other requests/suggestions are handled. The cabin is well appointed. Location is just outside the main town area and at first seems remote but it is close to the spot that all the locals recommend for watching the sunset and having the mountain and ocean in front of you is wonderful. "For those looking for simple, affordable place with nice, helpful staff at a good value, this is a good place to stay. There is only WiFi in the lobby, and not great even then (very slow). Pool is a nice amenity. In sum, good value hotel."
