「Extremely clean!!!」

「We were in the area just for the weekend. The Indigo was so nice! The roof-top restaurant was great, I loved having a Starbucks in the lobby and we had a great view of the Gatlinburg Christmas Parade from our room! The hotel is centrally located to lots of shopping and other restaurants. Definitely will stay there again!」

「All the above. We met family members to do Christmas for my grandkids. My DIL lost her wallet down elevator shaft. The sweetest man from maintenance Saturday night went and got it and brought it to our room. My DIL was in a panic and the gentleman was so sweet. I hope management looks to get his name. People like him keep the good name going for your hotel and maids were all wonderful. 「We have visited Pigeon Forge for years & decided to get a little further out of town for more peace & quiet. We found a gem here! It is still super close to plenty of dining options & shopping but isn’t right in the middle of the parkway along with the go kart tracks etc. Our room was spotless, bed was comfortable, parking was great! You won’t be disappointed! 」

「Loved our room here! Very clean, check in was easy. Only things are beds are rather tall and a bit on the hard side. We love firm beds so that was a bonus for us, however not everyone we were traveling with agreed.」

「The facility was great, location and condo great. Except that the couch and chair located in the main living area near the fireplace were terrible. Very uncomfortable, no footstool, no tables to place a drink. Other than that the condo is very comfy. 」
