The room was clean and I loved the shower. The fridge and the microwave need to be updated. The staff was very helpful and considerate, especially with helping me with a room in a spot I could get to easily given the fact that I am physically disabled.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our only concern was the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear every other guest around you. It’s a historical building so I don’t think much can be done about that.

Great Deal Right Next to Cumberland Gap

Don't be put off by the renovations going on outside, the rooms are completely finished and very comfortable. Staff was very accomodating and the stay was pleasant. Would stay here again

The outside of the facility was dated, but when we went to our room we were wonderfully surprised with a very clean room that had obviously been recently renovated. The bathroom was fabulous and the beds were comfortable! It was convenient to Cumberland Gap National Historical Park. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The room was very clean and very nicely remodeled. The staff was very friendly at check in. The down side was no coffee maker in the room as advertised and was unable to reach anyone at the front desk to request a hairdryer the next morning.

This little hotel has been beautifully renovated inside, with comfortable bed and clean tiled floors and fresh modern bathroom. The owners are kind and helpful and concerned to be sure you're comfortable. Don't be put off by the outdated exterior, which I understand is supposed to be motivated later. I was happy to find this hotel for the night and felt like it was a good value for the money.

Old motor inn that has been completely and well remodeled. Rooms are clean/bright/roomy, etc. Owners are delightful - enjoyed seeing them play with their children!

I really like how nice the guy is that works here his name is Kebie, the rooms are nice and clean they smell good. The customer service is great and the location is good ,dollar general and AnB tobacco is a hop skip and a jump away.

Clean, bright room. Owners on premises. Called front desk on Sunday am before 8am. Asked for Hair Dryer arrived immediately. Plenty of places to eat. 30min from our family’s property so it was convenient. Parking in front of room.

Very professional and caring personal. Super clean and home feeling never had a problem, tv and cable was amazing. Ordered needs on line for delivery and was amazed they took care of things with out worries. Will definitely stay here again.

The outside isn't great, but the room was freshly renovated and nice. The shower is huge with amazing water pressure. Beds weren't horrible, but bring your own pillow. For the price, I'd definitely stay again. Also the staff was very friendly.

The sliding barn doors, white, black, gray, coloring, somehow comforting. It's resort like rooms were so big and cozy. Walk in shower was beautiful and, inviting, come on in the water is fine. Great waste pressure. Makes you wonder why more hotel/ motels that are privately owned aren't doing more. Outside was under construction, but very organized. Absolute 10*****from me...

I'm pleased with everything here. And it's nice and quiet. Smoking 🚬 is outside only and that's good. There is a microwave and refrigerator bathroom has a bath 🛀 tub. And big television 📺 with cable...Good place.

The owners were super nice !! They went out of their way to accommodate us . I just lost my brother was in Ky for his his funeral. There had just purchased and was doing renovating. It’s was coming along very well . It’s only going to get better I can assure this !! The price was great !! We will be back to see our family and definitely stay here . Looking forward to seeing more updates to this place as he keeps building his business!! We will be back !! Thank you to the owners for being so kind to us as well knowing that I had lost my brother.And traveled from Michigan .

We had a king bed that was comfortable/clean. Pillows were a joke! Motel looks like it's undergoing some renovation/upgrades which were over due. There is no ice machine on property and no coffee maker in room but there is fast food about 1/2 mile away. No elevator. Owners speak English but with a very strong accent--I am hearing impaired and had a difficult time understanding him. He was friendly. They have filled in the swimming pool with dirt. Located just on the highway so you get a lot of traffic noise which thankfully died down at bedtime. Microwave and frig worked just fine. Room door seemed to be very new (but secure?) but let light in around all 4 sides of it.
