「Loved having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Everything was as advertised. 」

「The room was really nice. It was in a perfect location. The backyard was beautiful. There are a couple of things that could make the property a little better. It could have ADA accommodation. It was hard for my mother to get up the stairs, front and back. They could use a handrail for the steps and also to get in and out of the tub, you could also use some extra hooks in the bathroom to hang up our wet towels and washcloths. Extra outlets to charge our Cell phones, tablets, and smartwatches. 」

「Pool was comfortable but no towels available or no bar for drinks and food pool side. Checked in Friday and checked out Monday morning. My room was never cleaned once. Had 2 spa treatments booked for 9am, told to be there at 8:30a but the spa didn’t open until almost 9am. I could’ve slept in a bit longer since i was a bit tired. Spa treatment was good but not the best I’ve been to. Overall the property was good but lacked access to some basic amenities, however, what it lacked in convenience it...

「We picked this hotel because we have enjoyed the Double Tree in Dalllas very much. The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service. We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available. The breakfast buffet was ok. When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals. Overall we will not be returning to this location.」
