"Quirky, clean, spacious well appointed rooms. Pool is outdoor and heated, great on a rainy afternoon. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fruit and cookies at front desk much appreciated. Decor a bit tired but clean. Would have liked real cups/glasses rather than disposable. The biggest disappointment was the so called included breakfast, a voucher for Tim Hortons down the street and that Tim Hortons was awful. The food there was cold both mornings and a regular informed us it's always cold. Would prefer the hotel lower the price $15/room and not offer breakfast. Coffee maker in room was great and there is a BBQ available for guests to use. Location okay, across hwy from shopping centre and walking distance to good pub."

"Outside was deceiving and we thought we accidentally went to wrong place but when we got inside it is fully renovated and very clean and new. I usually bring my own hairdryer but they had a regular full due in the room. Oversized towels. Netflix on smart TV. Easy to use thermostat. Friendly staff. The rooms all face the same way and no ocean view but that was ok because the ocean is pretty well right out the door. Very nice stay!"

"Just as described and pictured. Absolutely silent, comfortable bedroom for excellent sleep. Small kitchen area ingeniously stocked and set up functions as one surprisingly bigger (though don't get me wrong; it's still not intended for a crowd!!). Cavelike cosiness with all blinds shut, but for light, all rooms have good windows, and while I didn't use the pool table, the space it needed meant that the "cosiness" was spacious and didn't feel closed in. The lovely, spacious patio just outside felt very private, and though others live in the 2 other units onsite, I hardly saw anyone. A truly lovely setting in Gibsons. Host was very helpful and accommodating in booking, gave excellent directions and check-in instructions, and was also friendly when met on-site. Thanks, Rae!"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The resort was exquisite. We will most definitely be back. Only constructive feedback is that the hot tubs are really more like bathtubs in the premium tents, and there were some broken things in our room such as an outlet didn't work and our bug sapper was broken as well. Otherwise, it was wonderful"
