"What a hidden gem that’s a little off the beaten path. I was looking for a last minute place to stay near Rice Lake wildlife refuge and a room was available. The lodge room was above the bar, and we took advantage of the bar and then the pool area, so there was never a noice issue. The pool area was one of the cleanest I think I’ve ever seen. All the staff from the front desk to the bar was super friendly and helpful "

"The house was perfect for three gals who do a girls trip every year. We all had our own bedroom which had very comfortable beds and were clean. There is a roof top deck on the boathouse right near the water with amazing views of Mille Lacs Lake, we were mesmerized by the changes in the sky and lake and took so many photos. The kitchen was great, we lacked nothing, which was great as we at dinners in, all evenings. The restaurants and shopping were a little further than we normally do, but that just saved us a bunch of money. Beautiful spot! Highly recommend. "

"The log lake house is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. We watched the sunrise over the lake, kayaked, bird watched, grilled, and played yard games. Also, it was lovely to star gaze from the comfort of the cozy living room out of the floor-to-ceiling windows. A magical place! We had a fantastic time. "
