"The rooms were clean but a little funky/dated. Having a room with a patio and access to the big lawn was a definite plus for traveling with two little boys! The staff was super helpful anytime we asked for anything. The water park was fine for little kids but I bet older kids might be bored after a while."

"Cabin is wheelchair accessible, no steps. Main bedroom is wheelchair accessible but a little tight in the doorway, 24" chair fit. Our wheelchair user is non-ambulatory so she didn't use the toilet or shower, but a commode did fit in the main bedroom just fine. If you need a soft bed I would recommend bringing a mattress topper. My daughter has to have a soft bed so we put a twin mattress topper on her side of the bed. We were looking for wheelchair access into the cabin and to the bedroom and close to the Breezy Point Resort so this location worked for that."

"It’s getting a 5 for the comparison of economical price and fair accommodation. Clean room, AC worked, staff were helpful, typical hotel breakfast in a very large breakfast space (former restaurant). The building shows its age and rooms likely are not 100% mode proof and no elevators. But felt safe and no huge concerns given the price."

"The staff was amazing! Breakfast was good! We didn't order the pizza, but we loved that they offered food 24 hours a day, as an option. I will say that we had a truck with a 6ft box and a car dolly behind us, and there were 3 spots in the way back for parking. I do suggest walking back to make sure you have room before driving in."
