「Great alternative to hotels, close to downtown.」

「The host was very prompt with communication. The sunroom was perfect to have morning coffee. I only suggest that the host leave at least one coffee pod per guest for the initial stay as we arrived after midnight with no ability to pick up coffee for the morning coffee wake up. But the home was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. 」

「The place was great with plenty of room and well-equipped kitchen. The secure fenced yard was very nice to have with 2 dogs. Very walkable to old town and very Uber friendly for when it rains.」

「Our experience on the houseboat was exceptional! The boat is in wonderful shape and made the perfect venue for our family during a University of Tennessee football weekend. We had plenty of space, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooftop party deck was a huge highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. 「Cleanliness, staff especially when we arrived a little earlier than the sign in time and we waited til the room was ready and it was just a 10 minute wait so we got our room 30 minutes earlier than the check in time. 」
