「Beautiful place, easy access!」

「Great space with a lot of history. Property was easily accessible, and the space was just as described and pictured on the website. Property was clean and had everything we needed as far as toiletries and kitchen items. We made use of the Murphy bed and it was surprisingly very comfortable. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Be sure and visit Market Square.」

「David's an excellent host and his place is great. I'm reluctant to tell too many people because I feel like it's a hidden gem. I brought my 10-year-old kid to Knoxville for the first time and we used David's place as basecamp for East TN adventures. Would also be good for a couple with or without a kid or two (maybe more than 2 kids if you're good with coziness)David's place is perfectly located for all the best of the Old City / Market Square / Downtown / Tenn or Bijou Theatres.
