「Great location for visiting UT; walkable to Neyland and Kerns. Well decorated (cute/cozy), very clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. Host was very great with communications both via email and a binder with local recommendations. Highly recommend!」

「Great place, fully stocked with cooking utensils, paper goods, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Convenient location near restaurants, bars and boutiques. Host was quick to respond. We would stay here again!」

「Beautiful place and close to so much. First time in Tennessee and would definitely stay here again when I come back.」

「Everything was expected. Clear communication with host. We made a mistake with the parking pass, but host was understanding. Room was small (but as expected per listing), but clean and perfect for our needs, with a great location. 」

「Great location, stay, and communication!」

「Cayce was a wonderful host and very communicative. The place was exactly what we needed - a place to land while visiting our adult kids. The location is close to restaurants, interstate, coffee, etc. All of the basics are included in the kitchen. The decor is exactly as the pictures indicated. Beds were comfortable. I appreciated that they used unscented laundry detergent as I have allergies and bring my own linens with me. I didn't need to use them! Thank you!」
