Quaint little boutique hotel in downtown Knoxville. The Oliver restaurant was an amazing find, too.
The only thing that I didn’t care for was the lack of free and available parking around the hotel. The best option for self park was around the corner on the opposite side of the block.

The Tennessean is a beautiful hotel with an elegant atmosphere and excellent service. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and the location is perfect for exploring downtown Knoxville.
Overall, a great stay — I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality hotel experience in the area.

small zoo that takes about 2-3 hours to visit. Price is cheap also and you can bring your own food and drinks in, just no plastic lids or straws.

If you are unable to walk well, spend the extra money for a motorized wheelchair. There is alot of hills to traverse.
