This inviting single-story home offers a peaceful stay with comfort and charm throughout. It features 3 furnished bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests total.

The full bathroom is clean and functional, and the laundry room includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The living room is cozy and bright, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day out. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and ample counter space, flowing seamlessly into a dining area ideal for shared meals.

Step outside to a large, private fenced backyard surrounded by mature trees. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, or relax on the front porch with a morning coffee. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy street parking, this home is just a short drive from Knoxville’s attractions, shopping, and dining. Whether you're traveling for work or pleasure, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort, space, and location.

Guests will have access to the entire house w/ the exception of the back sunroom. This area is blocked off for repairs.

Keyless entry to the home w/ unique access code will be provided to you the morning of your trip.

Halo Hospitality management team is available if needed during your stay! Business hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, but there is always an on-call manager available for emergency situations.

ALL RESERVATION CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS are best completed within the FIRST 48 HOURS after confirmed booking.

All guests please take into consideration our strict cancellation policy.
If there is a chance you would need to cancel your reservation it may benefit you to purchase travel insurance to insure you receive your desired reimbursement.

Halo Hospitality’s Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions apply. Upon booking, the renter will receive the Terms and Conditions and agree to review and sign. These terms will include, but are not limited to, the following:

GUEST VERIFICATION
Experienced guests with 5 or more positive reviews may request to be waived from this process, otherwise we do require all guests to complete an additional verification screen through our Guest Portal to ensure the safety and security of our community. This 60-second verification process must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or at least 2 hours prior to the check-in time if booking on the same day as check-in. You will be prompted to complete this process immediately after booking. This includes:


1) Providing a copy of your government-issued photo ID.
2) Photo Verification
3) Confirming your contact information & agreement to our Rental Terms and Conditions

Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
Before receiving check-in details, guests will choose one of two coverage options:
-A refundable damage deposit held on their credit card, released shortly after checkout if no damage is reported.
-A non-refundable damage waiver that covers minor accidental damages during the stay.

Guests who have questions about this process are encouraged to reach out prior to booking! The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. We thank you for your cooperation. Guests who fail to complete our verification process within 48 hours of booking may be subject to cancellation.

HOUSE RULES
1) Guest Count: Please include the correct number of guests in your booking. Visitors outside the reservation are permitted under most circumstances, but we do require guests to request permission prior to having visitors.
2) Check-in: Please notify us once you have accessed the property. Please inspect and report any unsatisfactory conditions within 2 hours of check-in. Non-urgent issues reported after 9:00 pm will be promptly addressed the next day.
3) Noise Policy: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors and local community. We will contact you directly for any reported disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances with local authorities.
4) Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted within the property. Any violation, will result in a minimum $300 smoke remediation fee.
5) No Parties: Events and parties are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. We will contact you directly for any disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances to local authorities.
6) Pets: We love our Pets! but they are not allowed in most units, ensuring a clean and allergen-free space for all guests.
a.If the property is labeled as “Pet-friendly”, pet’s are allowed at the expense of $50/night, up to $250. The Pet Fee will be requested after booking via the resolution center, and is paid separately from the reservation.
7) Damage Policy: Any damage caused during your stay will incur repair costs plus a labor charge. A Wear & Tear fee up to $500 per occurrence will be applied for any rule violations related to pets, smoking, or parties.
8) Checkout: Before checking out, please place trash in trash cans, start the dishwasher with used dishes, and begin a wash cycle for used towels.
Security: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when not present.
9) Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.

Failure to comply with any of these policies may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

CANCELLATIONS
We adhere to the cancellation policy as outlined at the time of booking. Please note, exceptions due to illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are not covered unless stated otherwise. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen events. Requests for cancellation outside of this policy will be directed to your travel insurance provider.

EARLY CHECK-IN'S & LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS
1) Early Check-ins: We are unable to guarantee an early check-in will be possible in advance due to cleaning scheduling. However, on the day of your check-in we will notify you as soon as the property is available & there is no fee for an early check-in. Early check-in requests will be submitted to our team, but please do not expect a response until the day of check-in.

2) Late Checkouts: Are available on a case-by-case basis, depending on the property and cleaning schedule. Requests should be made at least 12 hours in advance of your check-out, and are subject to approval of our cleaning team, which may not be able to respond until the morning of your scheduled departure. We do have a late checkout fee of $25/hr. This fee is paid through the Airbnb Resolution Center.

POLICY VIOLATIONS
1) Late check-out without prior approval will be charged at $50 per hour. We may remove occupants and their belongings from the property if unresponsive, or uncooperative.
2) Excessive Cleaning will be charged at $50 per hour. We will provide proper documentation and photo evidence of excessive cleaning required. This will be applied towards unexpected cleanup of spills, stains, bodily fluids, biohazardous materials, odor remediation, etc.
3) Damaged/Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost + Labor. We will provide proper documentation and photo evidence of any Damages or Missing Items.

REPORTING ISSUES
Please report any issues within 2 hours of check-in to allow us the opportunity to resolve them promptly. Non-urgent issues reported after 9:00 PM will be addressed the following day. We may not be able to resolve, or provide a resolution, to issues that are not reported in a timely manner, lack sufficient documentation, or do not provide us with enough time to respond effectively during your stay. We are here to help!

LOST & FOUND
Please ensure you have all your belongings before departure. Items left may be held up to one week at our local office for pickup, or can be shipped back at a minimum fee of $50. We are not responsible for locating left items.

By booking your stay with us, you agree to these terms, ensuring a safe and responsible visit. We look forward to providing you with an exceptional hospitality experience!

** Guest are unable to have mail sent to this property, but may coordinate with our office in advance to have items sent to our office for guest pickup. Mail delivery must be coordinated with our office prior to sending anything.
