Our host Keanna was super friendly and great with all instructions given and I know if we needed anything, they would have been quick to respond. Space was clean and decorated super cute. Parking is easy and even has a garage if you would prefer to use that. Located a short drive or Uber ride to downtown. It was only 4 of us but there is plenty room for bigger groups if needed. 「Everything basic was good. In particular, the staff (front desk, parking lot, restaurant) were wonderful and made me feel very welcome and it's so confortable! We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room, so I reported it to the front desk and they fixed it right away. The room was very clean, but I would have liked a little more attention to replenishing the amenities. Maybe it's the hectic nature of a large hotel...」
