「We use this hotel often and have for the last eight years. We used to live in Dehesa Valley and we come regularly to visit friends and family. this weekend Unfortunately, we awere having to attend the funeral of our best friend we brought our two sons with us which are 28 and 25 one Son used the pullout sofa bed and the mattress was atrocious. It was springs no padding all springs I mentioned this to the front desk and their solutions to bring up to comforters to pad the top of the mattress. It...

「The hotel itself is fine but the parking situation on Friday nights is impossible to deal with! There are hundreds of high school kids and In and Out burger takeout line customers flooding the parking area. It took us over 15 minutes to find a spot and deal with the mess. We complained to the front desk, along with another customer, about the situation. She was unable to help since the property shares the space. Her only. response was that was why they don't charge for parking.」

「El Cajon was a good location to travel throughout San Diego County. The hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel stay was within my traveling budget. I had to leave two days early and spoke to the hotel manager and was told getting a refund would be a no issue. I should expect one. What troubled me, unnecessarily, was that Expedia sent me a message stating as a business they were sorry I was declined a refund; which was completely erroneous and misleading and aggravating. So, I don't plan on...

「Room was clean, but slightly worn (carpet to hard floor was frayed).」

「The staff's service was excellent, which made me feel at ease. In particular, I am very grateful to Mr. Dauton at the front desk for his very kind checkout assistance. I felt the water pressure in the shower was very weak. The facilities are old, but I was able to rest well.」

「Buena ubicación y limpieza」

「The soap and towel were not prepared in the room when I checked in, but the staff attended right away. The room was clean.」
