「I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.」

"It is a classic hotel in Down town in Columbus,Ohio. It looks to be a traditional(historic,late30's) hotel with the building & the room. If one do not like these classical conditions,who is better to look at modern hotels."
