"We did not eat breakfast, but we had nacho's and onion rings from the restaurant the night before we checked out. The food was very good. We were thankful for the shuttle that picked us up at the hotel and took us to the airport. It was exactly on time. I have nothing negative to say about our stay and would use them again if we were in London. "

"In some ways 3 stairs seems mean because you could not fault the cleanliness of the room or the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff but it was just so basic! There was a bed ( comfortable)"

"For a budget hotel I was impressed. The rooms were clean and tidy if basic, but suited the purpose of being a short stay accomodation. Parking was easy, check in was smooth and the bar and Resturant staff were very friendly."

"Lovely clean hotel. But unkept, broken lock on door, at one point my grandson had part of the hotel corner coving in his hand. Parking we thought was expensive. Staff were very serious and straight faced. For the price we paid not the best hotel experience. "

"Staff were absolutely lovely, a big shout out the the guy that was on the desk all of our stay, he was great and very helpful. We were swapped rooms as there was an issue with one of the beds upon arrival which staff understood and accommodated. The room had everything we needed for a few nights, our coffee and tea was topped up and our bin emptied. Great location if you do not wish to be in central London and venture everywhere, transport is easily accessible too. We only had breakfast on our first morning as we thought it was full English breakfast but realised after arriving that it is an Italian breakfast which did not cater to the kids taste but that was our mistake and should have looked into it more as the photos of the full breakfast were old photos from a cafe that used to cater the breakfasts."
