「On our check-in, the front desk had a strong smell of marijuana. The desk manager appeared to be under the influence of marijuana. He had been smoking with another employee out front as we entered.
Our room was not serviced after our first night. The desk manager said they could not clean our room because the cleaning staff was gone for the day. (this was about 3:30 in the afternoon.)
The shower soap bottle was empty when we first arrived in our room and the employee said they had no more...

「We came from Ohio for a Wedding. When we checked in the staff were AMAZING!! They treated us like family. I called ahead the day we wete to arrive and asked if they could cool the room? She said of course, i will go up right now. It was very nice and cool, THANK YOU so much. The bed was so comfy. Free hot drinks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate even expresso. and WOW!! the complementary cookies they mention on the website were warm and delicious.
We didn't have a chance to check out the pool.
