「I had a pleasant stay at this place. The property itself was nicely renovated and very clean, offering a comfortable environment. Although the surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough, I felt secure during my stay, especially with the convenience of having a guaranteed parking spot on the property. Overall, it was a great place to stay.」

「The place is clean, the problem is my daughter is special need and the bathtub doesn’t have hand held shower and it hard for me, and there is not smart Tv for watching you tube for my daughter. Joe is very good with communication and very prompt the response. It’s nice place, but I think it may not best place for us.」

The area is close a lot of nice restaurants so that was a plus. We would love to stay here next time we visit San Diego.」

「Nice and cozy unit. Located a bit far from center but this makes it charming. Faced to river. The unit is self-contained and has everything one needs for everyday life. Balcony with view is impossible to leave. The owner is very attentive to guests' needs and responsive.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO property. The owner was a great communicator. The property is conveniently located to city life and hiking areas. I would stay again if I need to return to the area. Things I would love the see in the steps illuminated especially at the bottom, better signage for the parking spot, better communication for trash receptacles and new mattresses. I am not a big city person as the city is too active/busy for me but this was a pretty good stay for the crazy city...
