You get cleanliness, good complimentary breakfast, good consistent housekeeping, one of the safest hotels I've seen Downtown with good working plumbing and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! not to mention the closeness to popular Downtown attractions. There are two Ladies at the service desk: Tequa and Leslie. These two were great....
