Not worth the money. Except food is very good.

I had to push them to change my room due to poor bathroom condition, disaster aircon & Iron not working, not once but 3 different ones due to loose socket. Second room little better but bathroom same as first room, felt like it wasn't cleaned in years, mould on tiles everywhere. I will not stay again in this hotel, i don't understand who gave such hotels 4 star rating.

Worst hotel I ever stay. By default, do expect no shower foam, no towel. Shifting breakfast location without inform guest. Room key always give issue. Totally disappointed. U can get much better hotel with the same rate.

Staff were lovely! Rooms were old & needed up dating ! First room. We were put in everything was broken! Food was good !but you should provide coffee after meals ! The hotel looks amazing from outside but when I went in the room the ac was not working i had to change the room and also there were cockroaches in the room. The room was quite spacious but when the ac was not working and i had to change the room instead of upgrading the room they downgraded the room by giving a smaller room.

The room area was unkept by guest next door to my room they will eat and leave the dirty dishes by the door 🚪 for days and house keeping will clean up the rooms and still no one will pick up those trash 🗑️. That was terrible.
