「I checked in around 3 pm. A female receptionist came out as soon as I enter the lobby. Lobby was clean and smelled nice. I did not receive welcome gifts. The next morning there were bunch of welcome bags sitting the back of the front desk so definitely not out of stock. I do not know why the receptionist did not give to me. I was charged $20 when checked in and told that it will be refunded at the time of check out. When checking out, I was told that it will take a couple of days. Now I have to...

「The room was clean and updated. However, everything else was not good. The breakfast was limited and not fresh. The outdoor pool was filthy with garbage floating on top. The facility has many migrant workers living there who drink cases of beer every night and leave trash everywhere. They have portable grills outside their doors cooking and sat out all night drinking. Also the door to the room was not insulated so light filtered thru it and our friend had people sitting outside his room...
