"Location is very spacious and photos do not do it justice. It is an easy walk to shops downtown, but just far enough away where you can get some quiet. There is construction going on next door, but it was not disruptive to our stay. "

The mini golf is definitely worth trying and adds a lot of fun to the stay. Breakfast is included and features a fresh, well-rounded selection, which is especially convenient in the early morning and saves the hassle of finding a place to eat. The location is excellent—right next to the adventure park and only about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride to downtown Leavenworth. The heated pool is enjoyable, but the entrance back into the hotel is not very close, which can be inconvenient in colder weather. What truly stands out is the staff—they are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it’s a great choice for families visiting Leavenworth, especially those traveling with kids."

"We have stayed in the house every year for a girls trip and this year was a little rough. The heat would not work. Saturday we got 2 heaters to use which helped. The bathroom downstairs didnt look like it was cleaned. There was pee on the back of the toilet and the tub was clogged so when showering you are wading in water, yuck."
