"We were only staying in for 1 night. I was told by 2 different staff members that my charge would be $55. When we checked out the next morning, they slapped a charge of 2 nights and $139. It is fraud and they lied to us. I put the blame on the General Manager Bhavesh Prakash for defrauding us who does not know what customer service all is about. "

"We can't rate this property high enough. Location, Location, Location. Our stay was amazing the Depot had plenty of room and privacy even a parking spot. We could stay on the first floor and our Adult children had privacy and their own space upstairs. The Depot was clean, had every amenity you needed and Danny was the perfect host. He had recommendations for restaurants and activities. If you are looking to stay in Frederick and want to be able to walk to everything this is the place. Walk out the front door and explore Caroll Creek, just around the corner from all the cute shops and amazing restaurants. We will be coming to Frederick a lot more in the future and would stay here again."
