「This was our second time staying at the Sinclair. The condo is beautifully appointed and the location is perfect. We really enjoy being in walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. When we don’t feel like driving, it is a very inexpensive Lyft ride to the arts district. The host was very responsive and provided excellent communication in advance of our arrival.」

「The location was great for my purposes. Shopping reasonably nearby. The only thing I would mention is that I didn't pay attention that this unit is on street level which made me a little nervous staying there by myself as a woman. But it ended up not being an issue at all.」

「We've stayed here before but probably not again. We are getting too old to do the stairs. We are sorry too because it has everything we loved about staying there. It isn't for elderly which I hate to admit we are getting there faster than we hoped!!!」

「This is an amazing spot in the heart of Asheville, within easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and shopping (East Fork Pottery is right around the corner!) Our host Mike was responsive at every turn - even arranging for an electrician to come when the power went out in the building late in the evening while we were there. Power was back on within an hour! Clean, modern and stylish, this is probably the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at. Would absolutely recommend!」

「Our top flight loft was cool modern with city views and within a few blocks of highly rated, and dog friendly, restaurants. It’s a great walkable city. Then there are the mountains! About 2 miles from our pad, we drove up Town Mountain and then connected with Elk Mountain Scenic Parkway completing this mountain loop in about an hour. We also drove 45 min on the Blue Ridge Pkwy to Craggy Gardens near Mt Mitchell. Not listing all the wineries we visited. So very relaxing times and vistas to...
