"We had a lovely time here! We were travelling by public transport, and this spot is a little of out of the way, but they sent a shuttle to the train station and it was easy to arrive. It was not clear from their website that the restaurant would not be open for dinner, and the closest restaurant by foot (other than McDonald's) was a 30 minute walk away. That was no problem; we had a nice walk, a great dinner, and really loved the onsen!"

"Nara is an amazing place to stay for those who want access to a variety of activites without the busy nature of Kyoto, Osaka or Tokyo. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to transport, shops and the famous Nara park. The room istelf is clean and enough amenities are provided to last a few days for those who do not wish to be disturbed. The staff are helpful, informative and patient. Storage available under the bed was greatly appreciated."
