"Disappointing. Bathroom fan did not work, no shampoo, and luggage rack holder was broken. Looked like minimal renovations were done, mostly cosmetic. Very noisy! You could hear people upstairs walking around, sounded like a herd of elephants. Also housekeeping staff were loading up their carts, talking loud, and banging things around in the morning. So much for sleeping in. Do not recommend for the price."

"This was a beautiful, clean home with gorgeous views. The host was very communicative and shared updates about what they had done with the home when I asked. Beds were super comfy, the Wii, books and games were great for evenings! Kitchen had everything you needed. Some of the bathroom towels looked like they were pretty stained with sauce or something of that sort, the back slider didn't lock (safe neighborhood but still would've felt better about leaving behind personal items if it locked), and the master bathtub had troubles draining. It was a perfect location of visiting Doran Beach and exploring the town, we would definitely stay again!"

"We've have visited Bodega Bay many times and stayed in many different rentals - Birdwatch was the cleanest and best stocked ever. Perfect for two couples. Upstairs bedroom is a bit cramped and the dining table is small for a big dinner worthy of all the appliances and utensils available. We especially appreciated being "downtown" in the heart of things. Gorgeous views of the ever-changing Bay. Good access for short walks or long walks. Incredible variety of restaurants within a 3 mile radius. Very responsive local manager."

"Beautiful home in Bodega Harbour community… Close to the many beaches, golf course, Sonoma Coast State Park, Goat Rock, etc… Deck was nice and has partial small ocean view… Kitchen had everything we needed, and comfy beds. Hot tub nice at night… Onlything we noticed that could’ve been better was certain areas were quite dusty/cobwebs… I would think the cleaners would make a point to take care of that, but overall a great stay…0"

"Nice view, big open house. Good amenities. Lots of seating . Easy to check in and out. Could use a trash can in downstairs bathroom. Sliding door to greenhouse is stuck and doesn’t open. "
