「Rooms are dates but very clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly, but no housekeeping over the weekend at all. 」

「We came to Ponoka for the Top Gun Horse Sale the Motel was very busy as we all showed up and left at the same time. The rooms were clean and spacious the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and they kept up with the coffee. Didn’t use the kitchen. But will consider it next stay. In a situation like this be the first to shower in the morning when the water is hot!」

Room 1: My puppy jumped on the bed with something in his mouth… it was a blood-covered Kleenex. Absolutely disgusting. Room 2: There was a white, creamy-looking substance on the floor between the bed and the window wall. Room 3: My puppy’s next “find”? A half-used bottle of lubricant. This isn’t just poor housekeeping — it’s a basic failure of...

「Housekeeping and staff are excellent. Breakfast included yogurt, bread, fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, and coffee to enjoy the meal. There is a washer and dryer. We had a comfortable stay.」

「We liked the extra big room, lots of floor space the fireplace was nice during the day but at night it would wake us up and we had to figure out how to turn it off. It would have been a better stay if we weren’t in a room right beside the outside door where people kept coming in and out all night and we could hear the door bang so our sleep wasn’t the greatest. I would say again, but I wouldn’t take the room by the door.」

「Absentee owners. Window had a crack in it already when we rented and it broke at no fault of our own. They kicked us out with still 2 days left on our reservation then stole $500 of my credit card. Do not go there. It is a dive hotel」

「Room was decent. It’s definitely a motel so expect as such. My stay was in March and it snowed at night. Only issue I ran into is there were apparently problems with the boiler and the pipes which are pretty noisy in the middle of the night. Woke me up pretty aggressively a few times and not knowing what itI assume the colder weather at night is part of the problem. Employees were nice」
