「華美ではありませんが、清掃が行き届いていて、とても気持ちよく滞在できました。 1ヶ月ほどロードトリップで様々なホテルに宿泊しておりますが、部屋のエアコンのカビ臭無く、椅子に飲食のシミが無く、隅々までホコリ無く掃除してあったのはこちらのホテルだけです。ビリングスに再訪の際は是非また泊まりたいと思います。」

「Wyndham has a pre checking that doesn't work for the hotel. I had to check in twice essentially. But it's ok. Staff did so quickly and everything was taken care of. Otherwise staff was very nice and the service was great. The pool is why we chose the hotel and we will stay here again. It was amazing. The kids loved it. Breakfast was pretty good. There were a lot of options for everyone. Plenty of food. 」

「We had to change rooms because of small screaming kids in room directly above us. The woman behind the desk could not have been nicer and we were set up in 5 min flat. Great customer service! Her name was Emily-5 Star!」

「The young man who was working the front desk was very friendly and fast. Later i went down and asked for 2 more towels and pillows. He had towels but no extra pillows but said he would find some and bring them to my room. I just figured sure probably not but guess what about 1 hour later he knock on the door and had pillows He didnt forget! He was super busy and still managed to go above and beyond. Nicely done. The next morning breakfast was nothing special but the from desk lady was keeping...
