We stayed here during the Big Sky State Games, but unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable, and when I asked if my son could connect his PS5, the response from the front desk staff was unnecessarily rude—it could’ve been handled with more professionalism.
The room felt smaller than I remembered from a few years ago. There was only one TV for a two-bed room, no couch—just a single oversized chair—which made the space feel limited and less comfortable. It’s clear the hotel has made some changes since my last stay, but personally, I don’t care for them.
While you do receive a discount for the water park, you still have to pay to use it. I recall when wristbands were included with your stay, so this was a letdown.
Overall, I don’t feel the experience matches the price, and I won’t be staying here again.
