The accommodation was comfortable and good value. It was located on the outskirts of Red Lodge. Saw deer wandering in the carpark. Staff were friendly.

Clean and comfy

Other than booking a condo with 2 kings and getting 1 king 1 queen, we were pleasantly surprised at the value. The pool was a great temp and the condo well supplied, spacious, and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Pet- and People-Friendly

Best price in the area for a 2-bedroom with kitchen, and while it's a bit of a walk into Red Lodge, access to the restaurants, shops, hikes, and the incredible Bear Tooth Highway to Cooke City was outside our door. We chose this place because it's pet-friendly.

Great place to stay

Our reservation was from 9/15-9/17 check out. Not the 14th-16th as shown. This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in that would allow our GSD. Nice room with a great kitchen. Very comfortable atmosphere. Owner/manager was extremely friendly & helpful when we needed him.

The owers were extremely nice and helpful. The condo we has was beautiful and roomy. The place was very clean. All the staff made us feel like we were at home. There were deer and wild turkeys that came to the back door to visit everyday. I loved this place. Would stay again and will.

My reservation was lost. When we arrived we didn't have a room. Once we got a room with the front desk, the sofa bed was broken had the maintenance man come down and he was able to rig it so it would kinda work. Also the king and queen beds are very comfortable. The beds are rock hard.

A friendly place to stay

This was an awesome place to stay with my dog and two pals. It was pretty close to the main street but offered a quiet atmosphere. We were in a 2 bedroom suite, one with a king bed and one with two twins. I was on one of the twin beds and the frame was broken, so personally I was comfortable as the bed dipped to the ground. However, that morning I talked to the front desk and they immediately went to go fix it. So while some things needed a little help, the staff was eager to provide an enjoyable and pleasant experience. I’d definitely stay again.

Not a 9.2, more like a 2.

Our horrible experience started from the first moment we checked in. We had to wake the receptionist up to check in. This property was way over rated. Our room was disgusting, as there were were holes in the carpet. The bed comforter was threadbare. There was missing grout in the tub surround, mildew on the shower curtain, and the bathroom floor had a large crack that was uncaulked. The only thing good at this place was the coffee.

Don't let the look of the outside mislead you into not staying there. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and plenty big enough with a fully equipped kitchenette. It allows pets, and has poop bags, but not a whole lot of room on-site to walk them, so we just took a walk. Chateau Rouge fit all of my needs. Thank you.

Pot holes in drive are pretty large. Home like conditions are nice. She is just an old lady with lots of makeup on. Bed could use a new mattress. Good amenities. We would stay again. Check in was smooth and front desk attendant is very sweet. In my travels I rarely see people smile. She welcomed me with a big smile making jokes about her day. Loved that!
