「もう少し値段が安ければ良かったです。」

「We arrived at 4:30pm and the lady, Renee, at reception told us that we had enough time to make it to the complimentary wine tasting at Shadowfax. It was 5 minute walk. We completed check-in and walked quickly over to the wine tasting. We expected them to turn us down or act like they didn’t want to serve us. The gentleman who led the wine tasting was so accommodating and didn’t treat us like we were running in last second. For that, we did buy a bottle when we probably wouldn’t have otherwise....

「Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -...

「The house and room are new and modern. The host was communicative and the other guest / resident was amiable. Unfortunately, the area itself has a bad reputation, and I found that someone had pried open the door to my gas pump. Aside from that, a splendid stay. The room and bathroom are a special experience.」

「We didn’t stay. We didn’t know that it was a shared house and our private space was only the bedroom (wasn’t clear on description), also the owner lives in the house and he has 2 larger dogs.We just didn’t feel safe to stay」
